The metropolitan region of Hamburg is growing steadily, increasing pressure on the open spaces in the Hanseatic city and the surrounding area. During partial or complete construction the natural functions of the soils are destroyed and the exchange between the soil and the atmosphere is prevented. Save the view is a collection of fallow land that will be developed in the near future. It is an attempt to preserve the outlook from certain positions for all time.
